Ingredients:
280g Oumph! the Chunk
50ml chili sauce
50g ketchup
4 tbsp tomato purée
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp smoked paprika powder
2 pinches of salt
2 tsp black pepper
½ tsp tabasco
2 tbsp lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:
Press or finely dice the garlic and mix with the chilli sauce, ketchup, tomato purée, olive oil, honey and paprika in a bowl to make the glaze.
Season Oumph! the Chunk with salt, pepper, honey, tabasco and lemon. Then thread onto skewers and coat with the glaze.
Place on the grill and brush on more glaze as needed. Boom!
