Korean Sticky Oumph! Balls

Ingredients:

The balls
500g Oumph! Mince
10 ml toasted sesame oil
1–1.5 red chillies, chopped
Bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
40ml cooking oil
The sauce
250ml teriyaki sauce
100ml spicy bulgogi sauce (KBBQ black bean sauce)
For decoration
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the ingredients, divide evenly and form 20g balls.
Fry the balls in the oil over medium heat, turn down the heat and pour in the teriyaki and bulgogi sauce, allow to cook together for a few seconds then remove from the heat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped coriander. Serve over sticky rice.
