Flavoured rehydrated SOYA protein 84% [water, SOYA protein, maltodextrin, natural flavourings, salt, dextrose, colouring food (beetroot extract)], sunflower oil, gelling agent (methyl cellulose), spices (onion, pepper), flavourings, rice flour, psyllium and chicory fibre.

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
For best results cook from frozen in a pan, or alternatively in the oven or in a fryer.
Pan: Fry in oil on medium heat for 7 min. Turn the burgers occasionally during cooking.
Fryer: Fry in oil for approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds (temp 180° C ).
Oven: Cook for approximately 8 min (temp 200° C). Aim for a core temperature of 70° C.
