Keep frozen at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Fry on medium to high heat for approx. 8 minutes or longer until edges start to crisp. Stuff in a taco and enjoy!
For shaping: thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes (or 30 seconds in microwave at full power for faster thawing). Season, shape into balls, patties or whatever you like – and fry in a pan with some oil on medium heat.

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
