Water, SOYA protein concentrate (23%), salt.
STORAGE
Store in the freezer at -18 °C or colder.
Thawed goods must not be refrozen.
PREPARATION
Season or marinate the chunks as you like and fry in oil for 5-6 minutes from frozen or 3-4 minutes if thawed. Mix with what you like! We like Oumph! with fresh vegetables, seasonings and sauces. If you make a stew, add the fried Oumph! last so it is hot. Enjoy!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
