Oumph! Döner Kebab Pizza With Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pack (280g) Oumph! Döner Style Kebab
3 tbsp water
4 pizza bases
4 pickled green chillies, cut in to rings (optional)
100ml vegan cheese, grated
Spicy tomato sauce:
100ml crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp sambal ulek
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic Sauce:
100ml vegan sour cream
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Mix the ingredients for the tomtato sauce.
Fry the Oumph! Döner Style Kebab in the water, or cook in the oven.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza bases. Add the Oumph! and top with the cheese and the pickled chillies.
Cook in the oven until the cheese has melted and the pizza edges are golden, approximately 10-13 minutes.
While the pizza is cooking, make the garlic sauce by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl.
When the pizza is ready, top with Garlic Drizzle and tuck in!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
