Ingredients:
280g Oumph! The Spiced Kebab
2 avocados
4 large tortillas
Chilli cheese balls:
200g vegan meltable cheese
1-2 whole jalapeños
100ml flour or cornflour
200ml cooking cream
4 Tbsp. corn starch
200-300ml panko crumbs
Oil, for frying
Cooking Instructions:
Grate the cheese finely. Chop the jalapeños. Mix the cheese and jalapeños and knead into small balls (approx. 20).
Whisk the cream with 4 Tbsp. corn starch.
Roll the balls into the flour, dip in the cream mixture and then roll in the panko crumbs – make sure the balls are entirely covered in crumbs.
Then deep fry the balls in oil at 180 °C for approx. 45 seconds. Set aside.
Fry Oumph! the Spiced Kebab until nicely seared.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the avocados.
Layer the newly-fried Oumph!, avocado and chili cheese balls into the tortilla, fold and grill or fry on both sides.

I keep coming back to Oumph! because no one can beat their texture or flavors, and it’s plant-based protein.
