Ingredients:
280g Oumph! Pulled BBQ Chunks
12 onion rings
200g French fries
8 medium-sized, soft tortillas
4 handfuls of leafy greens
Your favourite salsa, Sriracha mayo, guacamole – or whatever you like!
Cooking Instructions:
Deep fry or oven bake the french fries and onion rings. In the meantime, fry the Oumph! Pulled BBQ Chunks over medium heat until cooked through.
Warm the tortillas in a microwave or oven. Build a base of leafy greens, place the Oumph! Pulled BBQ Chunks on top followed by hot fries and deep-fried onion rings – drizzle with your favourite sauce or ALL OF THEM! Go all in! Go crazy!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
