Store in the freezer at -18 °C or colder.
Thawed goods must not be refrozen.
Cook directly from frozen. Oven cook (preheated) or Air Fry at 200°C, for approximately 10-15 minutes, until crispy. Alternatively, fry (or deep fry) the tenders in oil for 8-10 minutes. Serve as a snack with vegetable sticks and dips, or as a main dish with vegetables, fries and loads of sauce!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
