Ingredients
Water, rapeseed oil, flour (rice, gram), batter (maize flour, starch, salt, raising agent (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), stabiliser (xanthan gum)), textured SOYA protein 7%, textured pea protein 2%, stabiliser (methyl cellulose), pea protein, salt, starch, natural flavourings, sugar, potato fiber, onion, garlic, spices, dextrose
STORAGE
Store in the freezer at -18 °C or colder. Thawed goods must not be refrozen.
PREPARATION
Cook directly from frozen. Pan fry (or deep fry) in plenty of oil for 4-5 minutes or throw them in the oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes, until they are really crispy. Enjoy!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
