Ingredients
Water, SOYA protein concentrate 27%, rapeseed oil, salt, maltodextrin, dextrose, garlic 0,8%, onion, thyme 0,4%, yeast extract, black pepper, spice, acidity regulator (citric acid).
STORAGE
Store in the freezer at -18 °C or colder.
Thawed goods must not be refrozen.
PREPARATION
Fry chunks in a tablespoon of oil for 8-10 mins until browned. Mix in what you like! We like Oumph! with lots of fresh vegetables and sauce. If you make a stew, add the fried chunks last.

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
