Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crispy.
Shallow Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat on each side for approx 6 minutes or until crispy.
