As a Sweden-born brand we of course need a set of mouthwatering Swedish me**-balls in our rock band of products! Those will roll perfectly into any dish, from a traditional balls 'n mash plate with lingonberries to korean sticky balls for the more experimental foodies.

Ingredients
Water, SOYA protein concentrate (18,5%), rapeseed oil, onion, potato flour, spices (onion powder, black pepper, garlic, allspice), tomato paste, salt, apple juice concentrate, natural flavouring, gelling agent (methyl cellulose), pea fibre, colour (plain caramel).

STORAGE
Store in the freezer at -18 °C or colder.
Thawed goods must not be refrozen.
PREPARATION
Fry the balls from frozen in a pan with oil on medium heat for about 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, oven bake on an ovenproof tray at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes, turning the balls halfway through. Ensure the product is well cooked and piping hot before serving. Enjoy!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
I keep coming back to Oumph! because no one can beat their texture or flavors, and it’s plant-based protein.
