Water, SOYA protein concentrate (18,5%), rapeseed oil, onion, potato flour, spices (onion powder, black pepper, garlic, allspice), tomato paste, salt, apple juice concentrate, natural flavouring, gelling agent (methyl cellulose), pea fibre, colour (plain caramel).

Store in the freezer at -18 °C or colder.
Thawed goods must not be refrozen.
Fry the balls from frozen in a pan with oil on medium heat for about 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, oven bake on an ovenproof tray at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes, turning the balls halfway through. Ensure the product is well cooked and piping hot before serving. Enjoy!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
