Korean Noodle Wok

Ingredients:
2 packs of the Oumph! Korean BBQ or 1 pack of Oumph! the Original Chunk
50ml Japanese soy sauce
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 pear, grated
2 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, chopped
400g noodles
1 tbsp chilli
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
1/2 red onion
Cooking Instructions:
Marinade:
Mix soy sauce, agave syrup, sesame oil, grated pear, rice vinegar or white wine vinegar, and garlic. Leave to stand.
Wok:
Cook the noodles according to the guides on the packet and leave to cool.
Chop up the vegetables.
Heat a large frying pan, add some oil and fry the Oumph!. Add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Add the marinade and noodles and mix well.
Serve on a deep plate and munch away.

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
