Tandoori Oumph! with Indian rice



1 pack of Oumph! Tandoori Chunk or 1 pack Oumph! the Original Chunk
3 tbsp Tandoori spice
170g rice
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 pinch of chilli flakes
100 ml vegan yoghurt
1 lime

Cooking Instructions:

Start by frying the onion, garlic, turmeric and chilli in a saucepan, sauté for a few minutes. Add the uncooked rice and stir well. Then add water and salt and according to the instructions on the packet and cook slowly covered with a lid.
Whilst the rice is cooking fry the Oumph! until thoroughly cooked through to the desired consistency. If using The Original Chunk then pour in the tandoori spice and stir until all the pieces are covered.
Plate and decorate with lime and yoghurt.
