FORGET THE FORK.
Water, Buffalo sauce 20% (water, sambal oelek, tomato paste, paprika, salt, vinegar, sugar, modified starch, tabasco sauce (vinegar, chilli, salt), preservative (acetic acid, sodium benzoate), flavouring, spices, paprika extract ), SOYA protein concentrate 16%, breading 11% (cornflakes (maize, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), crumbs (rice flour, chickpea flour, cornstarch, salt, dextrose), water, potato starch, potato fiber) rapeseed oil.
Keep frozen at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
To be cooked directly from frozen. Fry (or deepfry) the pieces in oil for 4-5 minutes, or throw them into the oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes, until they get crispy. Serve as a snack with vegetable sticks and dips, or as a main dish with vegetables, fries and loads of sauce!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
