Ingredients:

280g Oumph! Crispy Buffalo Bites
300g round grain rice
½ diced cucumber
1 sliced avocado
Salad cress
1 chopped spring onion
4 tbsp roasted seaweed
4 tbsp shredded seaweed
Sriracha sauce to taste
Kimchi to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Start by boiling the rice.
Set the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bites for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown or deep fry for extra crunch.
While everything is cooking, chop the vegetables.
Start by layering the rice and then the vegetables, top with the bites and drizzle with dressings of your choice!
