Ingredients:
140g (1/2 packet) Oumph! The Spiced Kebab, defrosted
150g sun-dried tomatoes
Approx. 200g vegan pizza cheese
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oat-based cottage cheese
20g parsley, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
Oil, for frying
For the breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs
Chickpea stock
Wheat flour
Cooking Instructions:
Defrost the Oumph! Spiced Kebab
Then, finely chop the Oumph! The Spiced Kebab and sun-dried tomatoes. Fry in a little of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.
Tear up the cheese directly in a large bowl. Press the garlic and add the cottage cheese, parsley, and salt. Knead all the ingredients together to make a smooth and malleable batter. Then roll into even-sized balls.
Coat each ball three times by first rolling it in the flour, then the chickpea stock and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the frying oil to approx. 170 degrees.
Fry the balls for about 60–80 seconds until they become golden in colour.
Place in a bowl with kitchen towel. Repeat until all balls have been fried
Serve, and enjoy!

I keep coming back to Oumph! because no one can beat their texture or flavors, and it’s plant-based protein.
