Vegan Kebab Plate

Ingredients:
1 pack of Oumph! The Spiced Kebab
4 pitta breads
Vegetable oil, for frying
Garlic sauce with tahini
100ml vegan crème fraiche
2 tsp tahini
1 garlic clove
A splash of lemon juice
A pinch of salt, to taste
Ajvar sauce:
3 tbsp hot ajvar, red pepper relish pickled (or freshly chopped and fried)
1 tbsp vegan crème fraiche
To serve:
Your favourite veggies (fresh or pickled), such as: red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, red onion, lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber, tomatoes – whatever you fancy really!
Cooking Instructions:
Defrost the Oumph! Kebab Spiced and fry in vegetable oil on high heat until slightly crispy
Add 100ml water and cook until the water has completely dissolved
Fill each pita bread with a mix of Oumph! The Spiced Kebab, the sauces and all your favourite veggies – irresistible!
Garlic sauce with tahini:
Mix the tahini with 100ml vegan crème fraiche. Crush the garlic and stir in to the mix
Add salt and lemon to taste
Ajvar sauce:
Mix the ajvar with 1 tbsp vegan crème fraiche, add salt to taste – and add chili if you like it hot!

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. I’m my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
