Homemade Cheese Smash

Ingredients:
600g Oumph! Make Anything Mince
100ml BBQ sauce
8 slices of plant-based cheese
25g chopped iceberg lettuce
Sliced onion
Your favourite dressing
4 hamburger buns
Cooking Instructions:
Put the mince in a bowl, add the BBQ sauce. Mix with your hands. Form 8 balls.
Heat 2 frying pans with oil. Put the balls down and smash them with an instrument of your choice, a spatula, pot or even an electric guitar. Turn the burger over after a few minutes. Add the cheese.
Toast the buns.
Now it's time to assemble. Build it, the height, the width, but above all, munch away. Don't hold back.

For lunch today I made some buttery rice, with green beans and Oumph! sticky ribs. In my eyes You can’t go wrong with Oumph!, these “ribs” in particular are probably my favourite. They are also very tasty in sandwiches.
