Messy Korean Oumph! Bowl

Ingredients:

1 pack of Chunk or 2 packs of Oumph! Korean BBQ
1 bag of ready-made Korean marinade (if using the original chunk)
255g rice
150g kimchi
½ cucumber
80g edamame beans
80g red cabbage
100g Enoki mushrooms
Lemon
Oil
Chilli flakes
Salt
Scallions

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Slice the red cabbage and cucumber.
Place cucumber, mushrooms, edamame beans and enoki mushrooms in separate bowls.
Now it's time for the quick marinade. Take 1 tbsp of oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of chilli flakes and squeeze lemon into each bowl. Season to taste.
Check the rice and set it aside if it's ready.
Cook the Oumph!, fry in oil to the desired consistency. If using the pure chunk – pour in the marinade.
Now it's time for food art. Assemble your bowl with rice in the bottom and then vegetables and Oumph! so that you get a nice, tasty and cool bowl. Oumph! out.
