500g Oumph! Mince
Asian sticky sauce
2 tbsp Japanese soy
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Crispy vegetables such as carrot, cabbage and radish
½ fresh chilli
Mix all the sauce ingredients together to make a thick sauce.
Fry the Oumph! mince in a pan with a little oil, when nearly done pour over the sticky sauce.
Meanwhile, shred the vegetables and mix in a bowl with the sliced red chilli. Mix in a little sriracha sauce at a time into the mayonnaise until you reach the heat you want.
Assemble your tacos and enjoy!
