Ingredients:
280g Oumph! Crispy Buffalo Bites
Sticky Asian sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger – peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp sugar or agave syrup
4 tbsp icing sugar
5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp lemongrass
1 tsp sesame seeds
Garnish
Chopped spring onions
Vegan yoghurt
Cooking Instructions:
Start by combining all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together, seasoning with extra lemon and soy sauce as needed.
Mix the Bites with the sauce, top with the spring onions and some yoghurt. Enjoy!
