OK so this is your best friend to stock up in the freezer, it can feed you with loads of delicius and quick recipes. Shape it into any shape you'd like (try smash burgers) or spice and fry it up as a mince to go into your everyday bolognese, taco or lasagna. *Check local packaging for ingredients, allergy information and nutritional values.
STORAGE
Keep frozen at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
PREPARATION
For shaping: thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes (or 30 seconds in microwave at full power for faster thawing). Season as desired and shape to balls, patties or whatever you like – and fry in a pan with some oil on medium heat. For use as regular mince: just cook it from frozen and season! Enjoy!
