Ingredients:

750g Oumph! Mince
4 delicious hamburger buns
8 slices of vegan cheese
100ml BBQ sauce
Salad
1 red onion
1 tomato
1 green jalapeño
1 head of lettuce
Vegan dressing (brand and quantity are up to you, if it were up to us, we would add a LOT)

Cooking Instructions:

Start by mixing the mince with a little salt and the BBQ sauce, then roll the mince into 8 balls.
Slice onion, tomato, jalapeño and lettuce.
Place the balls in a hot frying pan with oil, then use a burger press (or other flat heavy utensil) to smash the balls into awesome patties.
When the burgers are almost done add the cheese and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
Now just build the burgers as you like. High five for an awesome burger!
