A CHUNK LOAD OF GARLICY FLAVOUR.
Juicy Oumph! chunks amped up with thyme and garlic - all you have to do is to fry the chunks to get that nice and crispy surface! We like those yummy chunks in a creamy pasta or in a slow cooked stew! *Check local packaging for ingredients, allergy information and nutritional values.
STORAGE
Keep frozen at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
PREPARATION
Fry Oumph! in oil 4-5 minutes. Fry on high heat until slightly crispy. Serve with what you like best! We like our Oumph! with fresh vegetables, seasoning and sauces. Or try it in a casserole, adding it last, for the perfect crisp. Enjoy!

I keep coming back to Oumph! because no one can beat their texture or flavors, and it’s plant-based protein. Lovisa Berglund.

I love cooking and treating my friends to delicious meals! The Oumph! the Chunk is by far my favourite – it can be used for pretty much any seasoning or cuisine. I’m not a vegetarian myself, and I really like to treat non-vegetarian friends to discover Oumph! Jonna Lindell
