Oumph! stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 bag of the Oumph! Original Chunk
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
3 mushrooms, grated
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes
150ml vegan cream
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
Rice for 4 people

Cooking Instructions:

Start by boiling the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
In a large frying pan, fry the onion together with the garlic, chilli and grated mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and vegan cream.
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until it reaches a "gritty" consistency.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan fry the Oumph! in some oil to the desired consistency. If you have a spice blend or rub you like, sprinkle it on when the Oumph! is cooked.
Mix the Oumph! into the stew, season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
Serve in a deep dish and let the munching begin.
