Korean Sticky Balls Baos

Ingredients:

400g Oumph! Make Anything Mince
1 tbsp red chilli
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp agave syrup
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
½ yellow onion
200 ml hoisin sauce
8 bao buns
Optional extras:
Cashew nuts or peanuts
Coriander
Sugar snap peas

Cooking Instructions:

In a frying pan, fry the onion, garlic, chilli, ginger, agave syrup and lemon juice in oil for a few minutes and then leave to cool.
Transfer the contents of the pan to a bowl and add the Oumph! Mince, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix well. Once well combined shape the mixture into balls.
Fry the balls in a frying pan with oil on a medium heat, then lower the temperature and add the hoisin sauce.
Cook the bao buns according to the instructions on the packet.
Fill the baos with the mince balls, overfilling is key!
